Yes, I have been meaning to write to you. I know I am always banging on you for this and that, and it is high time for some positive news. The process was hugely well organized and painfree: Commerce got me into a body shop, and into a rental in 1 hour twenty minutes (which must be some sort or record – the car was waiting from Hertz when I arrived), and I was back on track to my interviews. The body shop in Ashland, Advantage Collision Center was fantastic; the car looks great, and I was thrilled that you had guided me to a policy with a $500 deductible, not 1 K as I thought. Thanks again Dan for your patience with me and working thru all of the important steps on both auto / home policies. Obviously I was quite underinsured, and do very much appreciate you looking at it from the point of view of what is best for me, not just brining in more business. With that, I am very glad that I am switching both policies to your agency. My previous agent at HUB never gave me full answers, and honestly never dug in to understand what was best for me if something should happen.

Thanks again Dan, and I will be trying to meet Jason on our Natick turf (your office) once time permits on my end. I need to set-up a 529 plan sooner-than-later, so will try to schedule that when you are in office as well to meet you.
